i love hearing about new diet pills to aid me with weight loss but it's also important to read more information on each product before you get it...

yeah i agree with trying anthing new you sould do LOTS of research.
thanks fot the article i havent seen that one b4
i had a read of it and i think the maths theve done is wrong...
its takes the % away from your total amout of calouries in a day ... rather than after each meal you talk the tablet

Hey Claire,
I was wondering - are you still taking Proactol?
Would you mind sharing how much weight you have lost since you started taking it?
I'm interested in giving it a go....
Also,...where did you buy it from..
Cuz i've actually been able to find it cheaper on ebay...but im worried it may not be entirely authentic.
Thanx,

i bought some too, it was quite expensive though......!!
i'd never heard of it before though, it's meant to be really good though.
going to start taking it today
and yeah, you need to drink LOADS of water otherwise it can cause constipation

 WARNING
proactol is a fat binder and blocks 28% of the fat you eat. it's still best to eat as low fat diet as possible though.......my boyfriend took me out for dinner last night and i had salmon teriaki which is quite high fat and i have literally been running to and from the toilet the last 4 hours......
